DocuSign CLM Implementation

The DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation project involved setting up and configuring the DocuSign CLM platform to streamline and automate the process of creating, executing, and managing contracts within Optus wholesale organization. The goal of the project was to increase efficiency, reduce errors and increase visibility into the organization contract management process.

What we did?

Migration from custom contract management system to a more robust and dynamic CLM provided by DocuSign. Scope of work included following activities :

  • DocuSign CLM Setup and integration with DocuSign eSignature
  • Setting up clause library
  • Setting up obligation management system
  • Creation of approval workflow process
  • Product templates generation

How we did it?

  • DocuSign CLM setup and configuration of multiple templates based on different business units and products based on business requirements
  • Implementation of a workflow managing multiple approvals and authorities
  • Integration with Salesforce with CLM notifications and reminders.
  • Implementation of Clause library and obligation management
  • Intuitive and highly configurable reports to track lifecycle of contract

  • Dynamic and easy template setup and configuration of any new template
  • Collated clause library in one place which is accessible to all the agents
  • Ease in negotiations of agreements as history of correspondence and changes are easily accessible
  • Elimination of errors and missing information from manual consolidation
  • Reduced administrative actions required to progress contract approvals and thus minimizing human error
